Completion of Registration for the General Synod and Family Summer Camp 2025 of the Reformed Church of Pakistan
We are pleased to inform you that the registration process for the General Synod and Family Summer Camp 2025 of the Reformed Church of Pakistan has now been successfully concluded. The event is scheduled, Deo Volente, to take place from the 21st to the 25th of July 2025 in Murree, Pakistan.
We kindly request that all attendees arrive at the camp before lunch on the 21st of July and proceed to the registration desk, where name badges will be distributed. The Opening Service will commence promptly at 6:00 p.m.
During this programme, we have arranged a series of training sessions to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills. These sessions will cover Hermeneutics, Homiletics for pastors, Mission and Evangelism, Church Planting, Biblical Form of Church Government, and Social Media Management. For teens and children, there will be a variety of programmes specifically designed to engage them.
The total cost for the event is $3750 USD, which includes five days of accommodation for up to 60 attendees. Infants and children under the age of five will attend free of charge. The cost also covers three daily meals and stationery supplies. A detailed breakdown of the costs is as follows: $3600 USD for accommodation and meals, and $150 USD for stationery.
In consideration of the prevailing economic conditions in Pakistan, where many members of the Christian community face financial challenges, and where the average monthly income is often below $100 USD, we kindly ask each attendee to contribute 33% of the total cost, amounting to $1200 USD. The remaining $2550 USD will be covered through donations.
We humbly invite your generous contributions to assist in covering these costs. Your support will help provide accommodation, meals, stationery, and travel expenses for those who are unable to meet their full travel costs.
Should you wish to sponsor an attendee, you may do so by contributing the full amount of $60 USD.
